Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services has acquired an under-construction 250-bed hospital located in Gurugram’s Sector-40, marking a significant step in its expansion across the Delhi NCR healthcare market.
The acquisition, valued at around ₹100 crore, will be complemented by an additional investment of approximately ₹100 crore for project completion and medical equipment procurement. Situated in a high-income and densely populated part of central Gurugram, the facility is strategically positioned near key residential zones, premium commercial hubs, and major corporate corridors, enabling access to strong and growing demand for advanced tertiary and quaternary healthcare services.
Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services stated that the expansion will strengthen its presence in the NCR region and enhance its capacity to deliver specialised, patient-centric care. The investment also aligns with the company’s broader strategy of disciplined network expansion, capital efficiency, and development of modern healthcare infrastructure to meet rising urban demand.
According to Yatharth Tyagi, the new facility marks the group’s entry into Gurugram with an “ultra-modern, high-end hospital” located close to the Indira Gandhi International Airport. He added that the group plans to expand further across Gurugram and North India to strengthen access to quality healthcare for both domestic and international patients.
